I know hes not a member of Congress.
Thats why I'm asking how many times have he been present.
I know he's not required to, thats why I'm curious how many times did he go.

Better than the 13 votes Kerry was present for during his run in 2000.

Irrelevant. He is not a member of Congress, never has been. He has the deciding vote in case of a tie in the Senate. He is not required to be present for any other action.

The VP really doesn't have to be there, ever. It is the job of the VP to be the deciding vote, if it came down to a tie, otherwise he's free to do as he pleases. Fact of the matter is, anyone elected to public off could never show up for work, and still get paid and there's nothing we can do about it.

Cheney likes to shoot things - hard to do when ypur sitting around Congress - Think it's a real shame he doesn't go to Iraq to shoot things.
