OMG take him to the ER now if that is his true temp.
105??????????????????????
He can have a seizure with that high.
My son did at 2 and he was rushed by ambulance after putting him a cool/lukewarm bath, which the paramedics suggested before they arrived.

I feel sorry for your friend. There's nothing wrong with this as long as you are both still comfortable with it, and what a fabulous learning experience for her whilst you are pregnant! I bathe with my 2 year old boy and will continue to do so all the while he wants me to. Admittedly once number two comes along there may not be enough room in the bath for three of us so that may put a stop to it! You should tell you friend gently that in your family you don't view nakedness as something to be ashamed of or something to hide, therefore there is no reason at all why you shouldn't all bath together. The human body is a beautiful thing and your little girl will grow up with a healthy attitude towards hers.

Yes, take him to the DR.
Give him cold compress on his head, or a slightly cold bath. Maybe some children's ibuprofen, but I'm not a big fan of any kind of drugs for the little ones. But if you are in a rural area or cant get to a DR, that may be your only course of action. Keep him hydrated with water or light juices...
