the husband come home late the third time in a week so he can be come a suspicious husband...he started to tell the lie...for being unfaitful

Call him on it! Lay down the law. You are his wife, not his doormat! You deserve love and respect. What is this half-baked concoction that he is serving you and you keep taking it for the third time in a row? He messed up the first time he came home late. Three strikes, you're out! You love him? Does he love you? Is he hanging with the boys? Know the facts and get proof before false accusations get thrown around. You guys NEED TO TALK!!!

I'm not sure I understand the question-
But if the husband is just playing mind
games with the wife, he's treading on
thin ice. It's deception and that's dishonesty.
Don't ever play with the trust issue. Not
even in jest. Once it's gone/it's gone.
And the relationship is kaput.

Well, yes, that's suspicious. But how do you know he's lying? If you're sure he's lying, then I'd say that's being dishonest. And that's a problem.
