Ask your mom to buy you a Hope Chest and ask for a lock to put on it where you have the only key. Keep the key on a chain around your neck at all times. If you can't get the hope chest then hide it behind the washing machine or the fridge.
Fyi, under your mattress is the first place a snooper will look.

Put it in the drawer with your scanties. Only your mom could see it then and she will probably be more likely to respect your privacy than your siblings or dad. If not that, then hide it between the two mattresses on your bed. People rarely flip mattresses.
