I need help in a project. I just want to know how can we improve Wi-Fi technology?

Wi-fi is required to transmit at a very low power level. If we could increase the power levels by a factor of 10, we could probably triple the range.

From my own experience;

1. Increase the speed of wireless protocols.
2. Make it easier to setup security but harder to hack it.
3. Increase consistency of signal strength so computers don't drop the connection especially when going through objects like walls and floors.
