Neanderthals had bigger brains than modern humans but they were not more intelligent. like someone else said brain to body ratio is a more accurate way to look at this subject.

Of course men, on average, have larger brains than females. Men, on average, have larger everythings than females. Larger arms, torso, heart, everything. The thing you have to realize though, is that since men have bigger bodies, their parts must be bigger to perform the same functions that the smaller organs perform in women. You still end up with roughly the same percentage of mass to function.
So when we're talking about brain size and correlating it to intelligence, we're making a mistake. Whales and elephants have huge brains, much bigger than humans, but it's pretty obvious that humans are more intelligent. Why? Because since whales and elephants are so much more massive than humans, their brains need that much more mass in order to control and regulate their big bodies. Therefore, most anthropologist prefer to use a measure of brain to body-mass ratio to gauge intelligence, and even that method is imperfect.

Yes men do. No women do not have more connections. Brain size is variable. Within species brain size variation means very little. A person with a Cranial Capacity (brain size) of 1000cc can be just as smart as a person with a brain size of 1200cc.
Consider that Neandertals had larger brains than humans on average. But they obviously didn't out live us.

Yes, it's true. But size of brain has no bearing on intelligence. That sort of simplistic thinking went out years ago.

And women have more neural connections. This kind of thing is rather silly, because whatever positive or negative you can say about one sex, you can find a corollary for the other, not that any of the non-procreative differences are all that great anyway.

if you are going to state a "fact" then please post your sources
This is not a fact. Gender has nothing to do with the size of your brain. And even if someone had a bigger brain, it wouldn't mean in the least bit, that they were more intelligent.
"Intelligent" people's brains WEIGH more....but gender makes no difference of the size of a brain.
Here's a fact for you Men Die Sooner Than Their Women Counterparts.

Yep...they also have bigger legs, arms and torsos. In general, men are bigger than women. It doesn't mean anything other than the simple statement that it is...Men are bigger than women.
