what is the difference between a risk behavior and a safety behavior? examples? technically speaking, what is an accident?

Risk behavior is driving 90 miles an hour while text messaging, Safety behavior is putting on your seat belt everytime you get in a car. An accident is something that happens that cant be planned for, or avoided and is beyond your control.
