In reply to LuLu's answer saying there's no medical reason to have this done. I believe cleanliness is a good enough reason to have this done. But I have no idea what Dr. Phil's views are on this. Most men would prefer to have this procedure done as an infant because it's quite painful as an adult.

I hope that this is something that he wouldn't actually take a side on. There is no medical reason to have this procedure done.
