Does death cure life? If life is a terminal illness, an STD, is the only cure for life death?

I've never though about it that way! I guess if life *is* a disease, then You are correct. That is a very smart question.

Not if we live more than once.

Then we are back to the same problems, only maybe we are a polar bear in an ice-free world or if a human, maybe we are born in a huge slum with no hope of improvement, such as around Mexico City. Consider how many more chances there are to be born a beetle than a mammal (there are at least 800,000 species of beetles) - it can get mind-boggling very quickly!
