I already asked about the etiqutte of asking people to be a friend on Facebook. No I'd like to know if there are good ways to bring this up in conversation with people you know already. Sometimes, it might be easier to mention it to someone in person before adding them on the site, does anyone know of any good ways of bringing up the subject?

i just ask em if they have a facebook.
they usually have no problem with adding you or being added.
iv never really been "sensitive" about it...if that make sense. i just blurt it out.

i find a good way's just to blurt it out when a conversation's in swing, if you can bring up the internet in any way, it should be easily to swing in- you could bring a youtube video into it or something.

I would just be blunt and say, "are you on facebook" most people will agree to be your friend just to get there friends number up anyway! x

I just usually say something like, "Are you on Facebook?" or "I'm on Facebook; you can add me!"

I just add people, if they don't want to be your friend then they only have to decline :)
