We are always dying on some level because we cannot have life without death. We are dying physically as our bodies age, slow down and deteriorate. We are dying emotionally when we feel incomplete spiritually, when we lose a close loved one, when life's disappointments overwhelm us and darken our souls. We are born dying because the moment we enter this world, our clock begins ticking, so to speak. Overall, there is no guarantee we are going to live another minute. We need to let this idea of death awaken us to living while we are still alive.

I love Bob Dylan's line from 'Its Alright Ma (I'm only Bleeding)'

"...he not busy being born is busy dying"

I think that most people are just wasting time waiting around until they die but that doesn't mean that includes everyone. Some of us are busy being born.

Our life is both change and non-change. We are most familiar with that which our 5 senses perceive, but the non-dying aspect is there as well.

Did you ever hear an old person say that they are still the "same young person they always were deep inside?" They are right.

The essence of real Spiritual life is becoming familiar with the immortal aspect of our life. This resource is good at explaining this eternal Spirit.

It sucks, but like the song "Sheep go to heaven" by Cake says: "As soon as your born you start dying, so you might as well have a good time". As soon as your born you technically start aging. I'm not sure about this, as maybe it's as soon as you reach adulthood you start dying. I 'm not sure, but it's a matter of opinion.

every living thing ,must die.that is a fact.why make death into something to regret or fear? tis natural.

speculations of what death is,are not fact,
why speculate something that does not involve a living mind?
there are many more issues for humanity to deal with and solve. use the power of thought,to solve the issues at hand.
a true challenge would be,how to provide food, shelter, clothing and sadly to say transportation or the fuel to use such, for all of humanity. a thought to ponder.
take care,
D.

Audacious. I think that you are born and that you will dye, and you are dying ever since you born. I think that it is so uber and cool that it is splendid and magnificent.

It is true. Survival is the slowest form of suicide but we are all heading for the grave. A realisation of this permits every day to be enjoyed as if it were one's last

No, and besides "death"as we know is not exactly full of scientific evidence. I mean nobody ever did a double-blind study of it.
