I like D-Wade better not only cuz heez my favorite player, but because he loves to pass the ball.

kobe, but you are also comparing two players in different stages of their respective careers. right now kobe bryant is in his prime. everything is clicking outside of his common sense. wade on the other hand is really still putting together his skill set and has a cooler head on his shoulders. i do believe in time wade will be a dominant player, more than what he is now which is mostly attack, attack, attack... he will learn when to control his aggressive offensive, which at times is exhilarating to watch and at times is the reason he gets injured so much. kobe is a top-notch defender and (this year especially) seems determined to make that a full-time part of his game and wade is still getting there as a defender, but likes to ball hawk way too much and gives up a physical advantage because of his height. i will give this to wade, he is more of a drive and kick out player than kobe. wade sets up teammates for easier baskets while kobe still likes to try to get contact or a get a shot off before he tosses the ball to a teammate. make no mistake though kobe does pass the ball. i won't count rings because shaq was a beast still when he and bryant won three consecutive titles, and wade more or less got one and that most likelyis all he'll get until BIG retires and the franchise rebuilds around wade if he's still around. don't forget he only signed a three-year deal and could end up going a getting a ring somewhere else than miami. i also won't touch clutch shooting. kobe wins games (stop with the w/l records and remember he lost most of his key teammates to various injuries through out last season). wade he'll get you back into a game for sure and has been clutch here and there... so i feel he is a type of player that can rally his team by his play, but when i comes down to winning games with less talent i haven't seen that out of wade yet.

Wow, I thought everyone was going to pick Wade.
Anyways, I say Kobe, hands down. Kobe is the only player in the league with that killer instinct. Jordan had it. Wade is good, but he doesn't have it. Kobe is also a killer defender, something which people don't talk about as often. And for those who say Kobe doesn't share the ball, try watching Laker games fromt this season and last season. The guy can make plays and get his teammates invovled. But when they come up short, you're damn right he's going to take over. That's the killer instinct.

I will approach this question simply on basketball terms.
The obvious answer is Kobe Bean Bryant.
He's better all around. Wade doesn't even have that good of a shot. Kobe on the other hand is elite in every aspect of the game. Kobe is a better scorer, better distributor, and one of the best defenders in the league. Wade is an elite player but he isn't elite in every aspect of his game like Bryant is.
For the record I am a Suns fan so you know I am not biased for Bryant lol.

right now, kobe. Give dwade some time to catch up, i'm sure he will. If you asked the same question two years ago I'd say dwade, cause he was on fire. Right now its kobe, he's too dominant. I hate the lakers, but i would say kobe because he's just tht good

kobe right now. i think wade is great already but he's going to get even better after he comes back from injury. there is just nobody in the nba better than bryant.
