I love the Harry Potter books. It really makes me mad though when people complain that the movies don't "make sense" and they won't even try reading the books. Duh the movies won't make much sense if you don't read the books. You can get by by not reading the books and watching the movies but you'd be totally lost as far as knowing character histories and events. A lot of information gets overlooked when you try to cram 2 hours of movie out of an 800 or so page book.

Read each book (usually over a weekend, I can't put them down) and seen all the movies. My daughter won't challenge me to Harry Potter trivia. So, yes, you could say I'm a fan.

I adore them; I also recently got some Harry Potter themed music off Myspace that's pretty good. "Harry Potter" is an entire world that I enjoy - it's like a fantastical cult.

I don't like them, but only because reading books is not my thing. I did enjoy the first Harry Potter movie made though.

I did a lot when I was younger. I don't like the movies that much, but the books are pretty good. Plus they're an easy read for school.

I'm nearly 36 years old and I love the books and the movies, they capture everyones imagination.
Everyone can get lost in the story.
I'm going to miss them now, but love the ending to the last book, that was amazing
