I heard she went inside a Venlo coffeeshop and ordered their most expensive sativa edelweiss hashish. Ever since then... no one has heard from her again.

I am afraid that an internet search will not help you. All links lead to this question, or an other one by you.
I do find some more people with the family name Herensen, but non that have the first name of Romanya.
And the telephone directory also does not have any Herensen in Venlo or the area.
Are you sure you spelled her name right?
