The guy is in his 50's and married a 20-something girl. His ex-wife ended up dead in her bath tub with no water in it and a gash in the back of her head. They said she 'drowned'
Now her current 20-something wife is missing.. did he do it??

I think he did, he definately would know how to cover up a murder...

His behavior certainly makes him seem guilty. He shows no concern for his wife or the mother of his children. He doesn't even acknowledge the possibility that she could have been abducted. At the very least he should look at all possibilities, especially with him being in law enforcement for so many years. He should have also used the good common sense and not spoke to the media. It wasn't a wise choice on his part. Good luck. 2D

I don't have all the evidence so I hate to pass judgment, BUT:
Geraldo Rivera did an exclusive interview with this guy in his home. Actually it wasn't a full blown interview with camera and stuff, the guy just agreed to talk to Rivera and no one else. After the interview Rivera said he's pretty convinced of his guilt. He was saying he has a lot of experience reading peoples reactions and guilt and actions and stuff (which we have to give it to him, he does. he's been doing this for like 20years).
What he said was all the guy could talk about how the media is hounding him and bugging him and he's so stressed out about it. He has to screen all his phone calls and can't leave his house and has lost like 15 pounds due to the stress of the media frenzy. Pretty much all he talked about was HIS inconvenience and issues, and NOT worry over his wife and the fact she could be murdered and is missing. He said the guy was singularly concerned with himself and his well being.
And the whole ex-wife "accidental death" thing, and the fact that the wife said if anything ever happened to her, her husband had probably killed her, makes it hard to believe he's innocent.
I definitely am leading towards guilty.

Maybe after she drowned the water slowly seeped out through the drain. There are a tremendous amount of facts that we are not aware of so it would be premature to draw conclusions. However, one thing is definitely positive: he is going to be really happy that you are not serving on the jury.
In fact I would have to say that if I were ever on trial for something I didn't do I would hope that there weren't any people that would decide my guilt based on media coverage.
Maybe his wife is another Jennifer Wilbanks; the 33 year old "Runaway Bride" that had the whole country on edge.

You asked my opinion on it all, yes I do think he is guilty of both. We'll just have to wait and see! I hope they find Stacy Peterson-dead or alive, I hope they find her for her family's sake!
