No. Cheater or not , he hit 755+ home runs. They won't pull his record and pretend it never happened , but it's already asterisked so we all know he did it using drugs.

If convicted one thing is for sure no HOF for Barroid
Article 5 on the Rules of Election says:
"Voting -Voting shall be based upon a player's record, playing ability , *integrity, * sportsmanship *character and contributions to the team(s) for which he played "
* By my count if convicted Barroid fails to meet the requirements for the subjective part of the test.
I personally find it amazing that at this late stage of the Barroid saga some people still to get the "it" part of his steroid usage
Steroids didn't give Barroid the ability to hit a baseball far and often -He was born with that ability
What steroids did for Barroid was by allowing him to get bigger and stronger as he got older and to resist and recover more rapidly from injury steroids gave Barroid more opportunities to put that natural ablity to use.

Bonds did no longer opt to flat out admit he took steroids, so he reported that he took them no longer understanding what they have been on the time. That exchange into the lie he's being indicted for. he's not on trial now for employing steroids, he's on trial for mendacity under oath to the grand jury. Now, in view that his testimony would be shown fake, we are in a position to effectively say that he 'knowingly' took steroids, which could be an admission on Bonds' section, proving that he did in reality take steroids on purpose.

I just listened to Stephen A try to defend Bonds and it was probably the most annoying thing I have ever listened to. Bonds holds the HR record and amazingly gained a lot of weight during his career. Why shouldn't anyone be suspicious or call him out?

I doubt it. Even though he did use steroids, he still hit those 762 homers! They're not going to just pull it off and make it out like he never hit them. He did, just not fairly. They already put an asterisk by his name, so we all know he used steroids, its no big secret.

They won't take the record away but just put a story with it how it was obtained.

well...either way, steriods or not, he is a good enough player to put the bat in the right spot of the ball.
