How reflective is a solar semiconductor compared to a mirror when the mirror be at say 99% reflectivity?

The solar cells in widespread use convert about 15% of incident light to electricity. Most of the rest is absorbed as heat. Most modern solar cells include antireflective coatings, so the reflectance is quite low. My guess is less than 5%.
