No it will not hurt you! I wouldn't advice putting your penis in a vaccum tube it may get stuck! Kinda weird using the cold water I thought men were into nice hot wet vaginas!

Yeah, be careful about letting things go into the hole. That is called your urethra. It is a mucus membrane lining, prone to pain and urinary tract infections. Best to keep the shower water against the shaft or just the head, not the hole.
