how does the male perineum look?
i think that my perineum is lower than its normal level but i'm n't sure...
i mean when i'm standing is it normal for it to extend downwards?...
and if yes how long is normal for it to extend?

I work in the health field and it is probably just excess tissue no big deal see it all the time don't even take the time to worry about that one unless it is a new growth then hurry to the doctor it could be BAD

Unless you are experiencing some sort of pain it's probably not an issue.
If you REALLY feel you must view other male peritoneum's I'm sure there's quite a few gay websites where a comparison could be had.
