I have a question, it is about pimples ....... Not like on the face but down there. How do you treat pimple like things down there.. its really gross.... cause sometimes they burst. Is this normal? Is there anything I should take or ask the doctor to check them out? I would ask my mother but I am afraid I can't. Another thing is I asked a simlar question about the one I am about to ask... but I have more info to ask on the same question. My other question is about a smell I don't smell but my dad does smell. He told me it smells of fishy oder. I first thought it was just discharge but the discharge is a long with it. I have it all the time and it gathers in my panties... I have had my period for 4 years and it just became regular last month. Also down its seems a bit flared up and it iches along with the pimple like things. What should I do? Also I went to my doc about 6 monthes ago and she told me it wasn't a yeast infection.. could she be wrong? Thanks ever so much!

It is normal for some women to have pimples in the pubic area because there are oil glands down there as well. To help deal with them, especially with redness you can try using a warm, wet face towel. When I get them or even something called ingrown hairs I let my doctor remove them because sometimes they can be very deep.

I'm sorry that you feel uncomfortable with the idea of telling your mom about this and also about the smell but please do talk to her about this. Because of the smell that needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see if they think an infection could be going on. Smelly discharge can mean a bacterial infection but the doctor will help you to try and figure out if that's the case.

If you have other questions for me feel free to e-mail or IM me off site any time.

You are getting pimples down there because there is too much moisture. They also might be ingrown hairs, but the way you described them they sound like pimples. The best way to wash dpwn there regularly and to wear clean, dry underwear (make sure that hey are cotton so they can "breathe"). Don't worry this has happened to me many times. And about the smell. It is probably the discharge. Normally right before your period and during ovulation (spelling?) you have more discherge than normal and it smells stronger. But you might want to see a doctor if it isn't during these times because normally it is odorless or very little smell. Your best bet is to talk to your mom or see your doctor, though. Best of luck!!!!

hey sweety
sorry you have to go through all of this stuff
ummm...you should go see your doctor about the pimples and you could try wearing a panty liner when you have the discharge and it might not smell so much
also try covering up the scent with some good smelling perfume
{that is what i do when i have a slight odor}
i hope everything will work out for the best for you
feel better!

sorry to say this but it might have something to do with darty under pants or not cleaning u'r virgina well. not changing your underpants for more then a day can cause that. the pumps iches and sometimes has puse. cleaning u'r virgina and puttung a little bit of baby powder on the virgina and the bump can help. to stop the pumps, you should always change u'r underpants everyday. do this for a week; if no change, go to your doc. this could be something else. again, the darty under pants could be a possibality.
