not at all.these words or sayings are good to brain wash the humen being.actualy in a sence sacrifice means to do the duties that can help others to heal them up and duties are what your real thinking and abilities can allow you to perform.you donot have to sacrifice your self to do that.only within your capacity.in a way what ever you are doing as your duty that is the real service that demand nothing in return.
