While I'm going through my own emotionally unstable time, and having a mentalist fit over nothing, I still try to be nice :)

I hear you loud and clear; and it;s really hard to be nice; when others around us are acting like total *******...what i do when this happens; i go put on my earphones; put on a Beattle tape; or c.d.;and when i am done; they have cooled' a bit; as i have too.,.

I do. It does not always work, but I think we should keep being nice, at least for our own sakes.
