My little sister is 5'3 and shes 15. Do you think she could grow to be 5'7? how tall do you think she'll reach? She wants to know.

She says her friends mom was 5'3 and dad was 5'7 and her friend is 5'9

Look at your parents and take the average. That's a good estimate.
If your mom is 5'4 and your dad is 5'10, chances are she'll be between 5'4 and 5'6.
Like I said, taking the average of your parents' height is a good estimate. There is no way to tell how tall ANYONE is going to grow.

Her growth is about done. I would say that she could maybe grow another inch, but not more than that.
