Do not go to ITT Tech. It is a slammer. Any community college is more respected than ITT tech.

Im just going to give you my honest opinion...
My boyfriend went there for 2 years and said it was the biggest mistake of his life. The school is way too expensive for what it is. He said he never got any hands on training, some classes he took felt very pointless, some teachers aren't even fully qualified in their field.
He dropped out of itt tech and is now going to a junior college.
I guess everyone is different, so I would advise you to get plenty more opinions and info before making a decision...
O' another thing, you cant transfer any of your credits from itt tech to any other college!

Conditions probably have changed since I went, but there were 2 choices for me when I choice a tech field. There was Devry Institute (now it is Devry University, assuming that's an improvement) and ITT. At that time, Devry was accredited, but I heard that ITT was not fully accredited at that time (that may have changed now). So Devry was a better choice for me and they have lifetime job placement, which is a plus! There are also traditional colleges too, but probably 100-200 students in some of those classes. I'm not saying to go to Devry, just investigate some places before you decide. Hope this helps!!!

Go to ITT Tech, you won't have to take all the courses that a regular college will make you take(which you can't graduate without) that have absolutely nothing to do with your IT training and it is really is faster.
Call a counselor at ITT Tech and put in for the student loan and the grants!! Its expensive but you should be out of there in 2 years not 4. My son is getting his Bachelor's degree next month from them and he is 25 and didn't know what he wanted to do either.
