I have replaced all the air condition parts put the conditioner.
IF i take off the drive belt the noise goes away.

what kind of noise? The occasional clicking noise is the A/C compressor clutch engaging and disengaging, that is a normal sound. A squealing or wining noise would probably either the belt slipping, the A/C clutch is bad or the bearing inside the A/C compressor. If the A/C compressor doesn't have it's own belt, it might be that the tension caused by the A/C compressor is causing a bearing is something else to squeal.

Inspect the belt, could be bad.

You have a weak ac compressor clutch.
