I say this because if they actually had any thing on him he'd be in jail a long time ago. now i'm not aruging for him-he probably took something i don't care about that-what i am more concerned about is how justice is potrayed now a days.

they'll have to prove his word against theirs. and if he loses on his word-because as i said they have no proof-every american should be worried about how justice no affects you. the justice system could easily place you in jail even if they can't prove it.

again i'm arguing for him. its his problem not mine. i'm more worried about the lack of logic in our justice system.

right..this was extened 4 times...why..because they haaaaaaaaad nothing. i don't care what happens to bonds its his own problem not mine so don't act like a fool with that bonds fans crap. the fact of the matter is that the justice system when it doesn't have any real proof needs to make as much up as possible.

4 times they extended the deadline..when they orignally claimed they had proof...yet each time mitchell said he wasn't getting any cooperation from anyone. so again. they don't have much to go on and i think just hope they'll get public opinion against him

heeeeeeellooo..people already hate him so this just defeats purpose.

federal indictment is not a joke. Obviously the feds have stuff on him; otherwise they wouldnt bother, would they?

there was a long process called investigation, during which evidences and other things came up.

I know it is difficult for Bonds fans to understand.

Given that they've indicted him on multiple charges, I would guess that they have quite a bit of proof. Saying that he's innocent because they weren't faster in getting that proof isn't much of an argument.

You don't know that and just look at Marion Jones. I am sure they have enough evidence on Barry 'Big Head' Bonds or they wouldn't have pulled the trigger.

"During the criminal investigation, evidence was obtained including positive tests for the presence of anabolic steroids and other performance enhancing substances for Bonds and other athletes," the indictment read.
