You have none the computer belongs to your employer.
This type of case has been tried before, the employer wins.
Only work emails on the work computer, and be care full what you send AND read in your emails you can be fired depending on the content of the emails you send and receive.

If this is on a work computer there are two issues here:
Firstly, the employer (depending on the jurisdiction) probably has the right to look at emails.

Secondly, if you used a work computer and a work email account, you may find yourself the subject of disciplinary action. This, of course, will depend on your employer's internet usage policy.

The Supreme Court gave a ruling a few years back stating its not your computer. Your employer has every right to look through them...

Use your own PC. -.-

Accessed from which computer?

If you accessed your email from her computer, she is free to read them.

If you brought your own laptop, but used her internet connection, she's still free to read them.

If you brought your own laptop but used an aircard to connect without using her connection, she's not allowed to.
