Dumb Question but I have a $5,000 broadcast camera. I need to broadcast something on tv. Who should I go to and how much for it?

It would help to know where you are.

Try channel surfing. There is usually a local station that can do it. Sometimes even for free.

Or if you want a larger audience, try the channels that display "paid advertising" for shows on their schedule during certain hours.

And for really big bucks you can contact the major networks.
