is there any software/website that can take out the other insttruments. becuase some of the songs i wanna play are hard to hear in the background

Don't think so, but practice songs that have a louder bass for now and then once you get more skillful at bass you'll notice them.

Just go to the equlizer and crank the bass. It will be mostly the bass part you hear.
