Anyone had an ultra sound done at 19 weeks been told they were having a girl and had it be wrong?
I was just wondering this is not about me, my brother in laws girlfriend just found out that she is going to be having a little girl. So I was just wondering.

I don't care if she has a girl, i just wish she would take care of the other two little boys she has.

I've had 4 ultrasounds and have been told a boy each time and have had a boy. I just wasn't sure if 19 weeks was alittle to early.

Gender can usually be determined by week 16 on an ultrasound. Generally the OB doesn't like let parents in on their guess until closer to 20 weeks in case they are mistaken. The more advanced the pregnancy, the more accurate their educated guess will be. But keep in mind...their guess is just that....a guess. You can't be 100% sure until baby is born! =)

My friend did an ultrasound at 18 weeks and was told initially it was a girl. She wanted to do a 4 D ultrasound at 22 weeks to see what the baby looked like and they confirmed it was a boy instead.

I just had my ultrasound at 18 weeks yesterday and my little show off was proud to display her little girl bits...so without a doubt she is a girl...and I am thrilled...we wanted a boy but our baby girl is healthy and really that's all that matters!!

I have had one at 17 and 20 weeks and they both said that I am having a boy!

I have a friend who they told her she was having a girl all the way up until the day she gave birth. When the baby came out, doctor said oh its a boy. You never know.

I had a family member's co-worker have that happen and then I had a best friend who had that happen. My best friend had a baby shower with everything - and I mean everything - pink and girlie and she went into labor the next day and a day after that gave birth to a little boy. He is two years old now!

I was tolled I was having a girl and it was a girl now a friend of mine was tolled she was having a girl and it was a boy!! If you really want to know, try a 3D Ultrasound there pretty amazing!! It will garantee you to know the sex of the baby!! I have a DVD of my daughter in the womb!! It was incredible!!

I had one at 13 weeks and 20 weeks and they said a girl both times - I'm now 32 weeks and just had another u/s last week and its still a girl =)

I haven't my self. But I know 3 women that have been told one sex and had the other. It's not 100% positive. I would love to find out this time round but don't trust them.

my mom was told that i was a boy and she had u/s done alot because she was high risk with me. and like i said i was a boy and i was even a boy until i was born. so there she was with all boy stuff and had a little girl lol.
