It is written in Russian, (Cyrillic)

Freedom of Speech = Свобода Речи
free = Свободный
speech = Речь
free speech = Свободная речь
word = Слово
blind word = Слепое слово

as you can see, some words take on different spelling when grouped together as opposed to some that do not.
So unless you are versed in the language you have to depend on others interpretation of it.

Yea, it means free speech. The language is in russian, and it says 'free words'. You can get it at Urban Outfitters. I've seen it there before and wanted to get it.
