Frankly by definition, "Gay Bath House" is a place where gays go to have sex (wikipedia), in our city they would be shut down. Your question there for becomes moot.

There are no businesses or organizations which list themselves specifically as gay "bath houses". There are numerous clubs which are supportive of and frequnted by people of alternative lifestyles. There are two saunas listed on the alternative website Qsanantonio.com. They are:
