My 3 year old daughter moved it somehow and we can't get it back to where it belongs. We have tried the right click and move it suggestion and all that does is expand it. also it is already unlocked.

i have tried ti right click and then drag...all it does is expand it bigger...also somehow ended up vertically at one point also..not sure how that happeaned

take your mouse and place in on the tb you want to move the hold down, and drag it, to the place you want the task bar to me then let it go, this should put the task bar where you want it

Right click on the taskbar, make sure lock the taskbar is unchecked. Then point the arrow to the taskbar and hold left click and drag it to the bottom.

Drag your mouse around the edge of the screen to move the task bar, not directly across!

Click on an uninhabited part of the taskbar, and drag it to the bottom.
