Some series that I haven't read but have a pretty big following: (The links are in order and are different, though they look similar.)

A-List
The It Girl
The Gossip Girl (I did read the first one to check it out - don't know that it's heavy teen romance - it's there, but not the main theme - growing up priviledged seems to be the main thing and I'm guessing so is It Girl series)
Confessions of Georgia Nicolson, by Louise Rennison is a series following life and love of a British teenager. I've read a couple and they're pretty good, too.

There's another series by Hailey Abbott called Summer Boys, though she appears to write others. Don't know how they are, but seem to be the right genre.

Also, Lauren Myracle's books like ttyl (Internet Girls series).

If you're ever looking for a sad one, try Lurlene McDaniel. Her books are usually relationship stories where a character is dealing with a terminal illness.

I haven't read much Meg Cabot, but a teen romance series I enjoy is the one consisting of "Twilight", "New Moon", and "Eclipse," all by Stephenie Meyer (and yes that is how she spells it). It is about a vampire and a normal girl who fall in love and not only is it a romance but it has some adventure mixed in- it's bound to, I mean, think about it! Anyway, it's a fantastic series with all sorts of conflict and great twists that you would never expect! Enjoy!

Try Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer, and any book by Carolyn Mackler (the titles to hers are weird, but the book is good)
