I want to get my uncle/godfather something for Christmas, but I don't have a lot of money to spend. I don't want to only get him a card, and I think that money would be lame, seeing as I don't have a lot to spare. Any suggestions?

How about a nice set of chocolate, or a gift set of nuts or sausage and cheese? There's a mall close to where I live, and they have a Hickory Farms little station set up that sells things like that, and they are quite resonable. Good luck!
