To be honest I would be equally disgusted and real sad.

having sex. It's physical and it happened. You can get over strong feelings, but not an affair.

i think finding out that they were in love with someone else would be more devastating. if that were the case i'd worry that the love they have for me might be gone. forgiving and overcoming and affair is easier than hearing that your spouse has moved on to loving someone else and that they've fallen out of love with you.

A. Sometimes feelings cannot be helped. But my husband and I have a deep understanding of what is expected of each other, what our responsibilities are, what we worked so hard to achieve. Our devotion to each other and our family is deeper that feeling.

For me B would be worse. I could forgive and forget A and actually use it to better our relationship sexually. If B happens then you are on the downward spiral.

B would be much worse. having sex just says you dont satisfy her the way you should, B means she has no kind of respect at all for you.

honestly, B. i would be less concerned about him leaving me for sex than because he turned away from me to someone else to fulfill his emotional needs. once the emotional connection is gone, the marriage is dead.

B is going to turn into A eventually, so either is bad.
