oK, i am 14 years old, and I AM POSITIVE THAT I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WITH ANYONE!! trust me. i just started getting my period, like what? in the beginning of july, then i had it like two times in august, once in september, and i haven't got it since! i did fast ramadan from like september 13- october 13. I was stressing a little b/c i had a D+ in Geometry and i had only ONE chance to pull it up to a C. But that was about 2 weeks ago! i do get that discharge thingy everyday. I don't know, i am kind of nervous to ask my mom, one on one. Even though i know that i didn't have any sexual contact with anyone! so please, tell me, what is wrong if you know!

Okay, first off, calm down, there is nothing to worry about at all. =]

Youre young still, it is VERY normal to miss a couple months at a time, specially if youre under stress.
So dont worry about it.
If you keep missing periods and you havent had one in 4 months, I would call your doctor and see what could be the problem.
But I wouldnt worry to much. Its going to be very irregular for a long time.

Well, when you first start your period, it is going to be a bit irregular. And considering you haven't had sex with anyone, it wouldn't be from that.....But you can still get a yeast infection or a few other infections.....if the discharge has an odor (usually a foul odor), it's more than likely an infection. If it doesn't go away, you may want to talk to your mom about it, so you can see a doctor. If you don't want to talk to your mom, there are a few over the counter meds for yeast infections you can try first....

Stress can affect your period, but it is not uncommon for young girls to have wierd cycles. Also a lot of women don't have their periods every month, each persons body is different so you may just have a different cycle. Just wait a while and if it doesn't get better then you should go to planned parenthood and get a free checkup.

When you first start having your periods, they are irregular. You can go for months without one and the length will also vary from cycle to cycle for a couple years before you settle into a regular groove.

dont stress to much over this. you should really just talk to your mom, tell her what 's been going on~ she should prolly get you to the gyno and let your dr. know the story..... by any chance are you on birth control???? cuz if you are ..... that might be whats going on... sometimes the pill or shot or whatever contraceptive people start to use it tends to mess up periods... i'm sure your okay but tell your mom and she can help!!!!!! good luck to you and hope you find the guts to talk to her!!

When you first begin menstruating it is very irregular. You can skip months as well as bleed twice in one month. This is normal and nothing to worry about.

Remember to be prepared and keep a pad or tampon in your bag for when it next surprises you.

Stress can cause missed periods.
You just started it, so you're probably going to be very irregular.
Knowing that, always keep a pad or two on hand.
Or tampons, if you already use those.
