I know there are only 2 year associate degree programs for radiologist techs but do you think an employer will consider hiring more if i have a bachelors?

Employers do not care if you have a bachelors degree. They just want you to be registered. The degree is only necessary if you want to go into management someday.

Some times that is better to have, I think if I remember correctly from a book I am reading on current trends in health professions, it said that more and more employers are looking for people in this area with a bachelors. I know you will probably have a possibility of getting a slightly higher position as well with your bachelors.
