Is there anyway that I can use microsoft publisher online?

I have a project to do and I need publisher to do it and my computer doesn't come with microsoft.

No, it is not available online.

However, there is a free equivalent at http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/software/PagePlus/default.asp

You can get the SE version for free, or get V9 for 9.99
