i want to be really tall.
i am 14 yrs old and my height is 5'6
i know that i only have a few years more
to grow till i stop growing.
do i have a good height for my age and are
there any good nutrients or food or fruits that i
may eat to increase my growth?
does anyone know?

Nothing can increase your height beyond the genetic potential you have. Severe malnutrition could mean that you never reach your genetic potential, but that is unlikely. But a good diet is important for health, so limiting sugar, meat and fast food and eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies is a good thing. Milk, beans, soy, eggs, and peanut butter are better for growth than the hormone-laced meat that is common in the US. (Many countries do not allow the importation of US meat because the hormone and antibiotic levels are so high.)
