that when you get really mad over something, there is always someone looking at you like you're crazy. like getting mad isn't a natural human emotion that ever deals with in different ways. i hate my friends who are always so sunshinny happy. it makes me feel inadequate and inferior.

It depends, if you're getting mad ALL THE TIME, or getting mad over really small stupid things, then I'd say that's on you.
BUT, people who are always happy are just boring. Show some emotion already!!!
