maybe its because you scare the other animals........

Not at all ... it's due to one of two reasons:
a) You didn't put the animals back in their cage afterwards.
- or -
b) You didn't lock the security guards and other zoo staff up in the cages afterwards.
Either one should work to get you back in the zoo. That, or try a gorilla mask.
