NFL - Miami Dolphins - Where are their fans now?
College - Notre Dame. Hands down. Thank God they are losing.

it sure is not Ohio State. Ohio State is a team very rich and steeped in tradition, even before the days of the legendary Woody Hayes. The teams that have the most bandwagon fans are the teams that have recently won championships. People always jump on those bandwagons. The bandwagons of the team du jour, so to speak. Like in baseball, I would say though there is a legit fan base there a lot of bandwagon Yankee fans - because the Yankees have historically been a juggernaut but when they lose the fan base seems to thin considerably. Not so with Ohio State, especially Ohio State football. And the Browns have a rabid fan base but if they become contenders watch how many more come out of the walls. Oh BTW - where are all those 49'er fans from the Montana glory days? THOSE were bandwagon fans.

I would say Cowboys all time ever for NFL and USC for college. Ohio State has way too many fans that were so loyal during the God Forsaken Cooper Years!

I also agree with Notre Dame being a bandwagon school. I have to admit a lot of people, myself included, like Notre Dame because they are Catholic.

I for one am in a hard spot I went to UC (Cincy) and Ohio State. UC has neve had a good football program till late. Luckily, they are not on at the same time on Sat.

NFL:
Patriots - how many Pat's "fans" remember when they were the laughing stock of the league for 40 years?
Cowboys - When they're winning, you won't meet someone who's NOT a Cowboys' fan; when they're not winning, a fan you won't find.
Packers - Where were all the Packers' fans between the Bart Starr years and the Brett Favre years? Outside of WI there were none!
Colts - how many Colts' "fans" remember the 3-13 season and all the years of futility after they left Baltimore? Once again, where were their fans between the Johnny Unitas years and the Manning years?

NCAA - Notre Dame (where are all the Notre Dame fans at now that they're having their worst season in their history?!), Michigan, USC, the big-3 Florida teams: U of Florida, Miami, Florida State (worse than Notre Dame fans about abandoning their teams!!!)

NFL - Colts of late, but easily it's the Cowboys for all-time bandwagon in pretty much any sport. Patriots are the anti-bandwagon- nobody jumped on when they won 3 in 4 years, because they weren't flashy - but everyone is now jumping on the hate bandwagon.

As for NCAA - it has to be USC; just ask jock-sniffers like Austin-N.

being an ohio state grad, and lived most my life in indy and know many down south, everyone outside of Columbus hates ohio state, I have yet to meet a person that is an ohio state fan outside of ohio, so I seriously doubt that they have the most bandwaggon fans...I don't think you can be a bandwaggon fan in college, people tend to cheer for their own schools or their own state colleges...unless they move, like me being an Ohio State fan in indiana....unless you are in the SEC where you hate each other, but love the group, weird

remember there are 50000+ at ohio state every year, that is a lot of ohio state fans

as far as the NFL again, lived in ohio, most of my time in indy, know people in the south...not too many bandwaggons, bandwaggoners tend to be in places where there are no NFL teams...they usually go with the winners at the time...can't truly answer the question, but I would have to say it is equal between New England, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and Dallas

NFL - Patriots
NCAA - USC

Ohio State? Really not a glamorous team like USC or Patriots teams that everyone seems to fall in love with there great success recently..... Ohio State fans are constant, in my book. I seldom see one outside of the Midwest..

College - I don't know

NFL - Patriots. It's sad to see my teams getting liked because of their great seasoned. Me as a Patriots fan have been their fan for a long time, then come these people liking the Patriots just because they're all perfect. Last year, Just as everyone liked the Chargers now I barley hear anything about them anymore.

Bandwagon fans,,, to me,, are those that jump on when the team get's good,, then jump off when they start losing... Bandwagon fans jumping on. no doubt... Pats hold that one. Bandwagon fans jumping off. USC. Even the sports writers seem to have jumped off the bandwagon of USC. Although I saw a lot of Dallas fans jump off that band wagon when they started losing big time years ago.. but are now back on it.
