My comp will detect the wireless and then ask for the key when I connect. Once I connect I get a warning saying limited connection (yellow triangle) Is there a conflict between my modem and the router? Or is there an IP issue that I'm missing?
Any help would be appreciated.

I use the same model as you. Here what I have doing.
1. Install windows server. Either it’s professional or home edition it doest matter
2. Install ISA server. I user 3.0 version (still doesn’t matter if you user newer ver)
3. Reset your router to factory setting. (small button behind, and between the antenna)
4. Connect router to server. Your router will be detected as second connection.
5. Setting your connection2 IP. You can use 1 number higher then default gateway ex: default gateway ip .1.1 than your router ip can be .1.2
6. Setting LAT on ISA server. Open ISA management > network configuration> Local Address Table (LAT). Right click > Construct new. Select both checklists in it.
7. Over Access Policy I set manually on DNS filter and ICMP outbound to my router IP.

Try to use that.. good luck

Usually that message "limited connection" means that you didn't get an IP address assigned from the router.

Go to start > run > type "cmd" hit enter.
At the prompt type ipconfig - do you have an IP address?

$5 says you don't.

You need to figure out why the linksys isn't providing you with an IP address - hint look at DHCP server settings on both the laptop and router.
