there have been many...

Gulf war syndrome refers to a varied grouping of symptoms most likely, (in the case of the gulf war), related to chem weapons exposure, (cause they kept torching them as they found them but not telling the troops downwind), the experimental vaccine for anthrax that all GIs were required to take, and DU inhalation.

Chem weapons exposure is incredibly unlikely this time but DU inhalation and anthrax vaccine are still in full effect. Just like the fact that there have been 10 times as many casualties as deaths of soldiers in this war, (or over 40K wounded vets at this point and still counting), the rate of illness is not being covered...

Post traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD.

And plenty do have it.. but we are better at picking up on the signs and have better treatments for it now.

LOL, I studied this in Abnormal Psych. I'm right, I promise you that. Yay for thumbs down lol
