Homemade cranberry sauce is easy and delicious. The recipe is on the bag. Also, sweet potatoes! Just get a couple good sized dark orange potatoes, bake them until tender (cover them with a little spray on canola oil), let them cool, peel them, cut them up, put them in a dish, sprinkle a little butter, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice and voila! Let them bake for about 20 min. at 375 degrees. Yum...

Stew zuchinni in tomato sauce, with onions and mushrooms. Cook it a really long time, until it's very very tender. You can use it as a side dish, or add rice and beans for an entree.
