On your back or butt crack...somewhere that is hard to reach or embarrassing to be caught digging for...its there and tickling the crap out of you but you can't get it.

Tweezing distorts the follicle, and it will grow back unruly. Try just cutting to skin level regularly, or if there are many go to a licensed electrologist, call a Dermatologist's office for a recommendation. You could bleach, but it may not blend in with your skin colour.
