Each stadium has a different concessionaire. Some go with SportService (Delaware North Companies), others CenterPlate (Volume Services), others ARAMARK, and a few have other companies, or are self-governed. Each will have their own set of rules that you will have to follow and you will be paid on a percentage of what you will sell. Be warned, if you do not perform up to their expectations, or caught watching the game, instead of working, they will fire you immediately and have you escorted off the premises - no questions asked!
It can be a very exciting and rewarding career, if you have the right personality and temperament for the task.

Well just to update you, its not all fun and games selling food at a baseball game. Yes you do get to go to a big league game every night, but if you want to keep the job (which is really hard for big league teams) then you have to be a huge contributor to the teams finances. AKA you'll have to focus much more on selling the items.
Now if you want to get into selling food at games, you can call the teams office and get an application, and they'll ask you a whole bunch of questions on the app. If you don't live within 10 miles of the stadium and don't know much about the team, don't bother to apply because they will not accept you.
However I wish luck to you and your baseball life!

Stadiums stop serving beer after the 7th inning, but they should keep selling everything else. Why wouldn't they? More revenue for them. All I can think of was maybe they were out of soda at that counter. What ballpark was it?

Look at companies like Aramark or Centerplate. It depends who has the contract with your team. Good luck starting out with the Lemonade. I bet those guys who sell the beer have been there forever.

These contractors are very selective in hiring the right people. You must have the motivation to make money for the franchise and they want you to sell, sell and sell some more.
