I am 15 and just got my period. My first period was really light. I didn't really think that was my period. But, this month, i got heavy periods. The first one was brown and very dark, and after 7 days, i thought it stopped. But, 3 days or so after, i got my period again, but this time, it was really red, like blood. Is this normal?

My period was a mess too when I first got it. It got regular after a while. I wouldn't worry but if it is a concern for you then make sure you write it on you calender and talk to gyno. They can put you on the pill to regulate it.

All this is normal. Since you just began, your body is adjusting and over the next year will do its best to level out. Don't expect miracles though. When we're young the hormone levels can fluctuate A LOT!!! You may have a light one with only spotting, or a heavy long one.
*From someone who's been there, done that--keep a pad or tampon nearby, always. Start keeping track of your periods in a planner or something so you can intelligently answer questions about your cycle (like are you a 21, 28, or 35 day cycler). Get to know your body well, that way if something gets truly weird, you'll know it.

Those both were your periods.

For a while you will be irregular when you first start out

I was irregular from age 11 to age 18 when I finally got on birth control.

That is completely normal hun =].
Its very common for girls to have irregular periods for a while.
I started mine when I was 12, and now I'm 17, and sometimes they are still messed up.
So dont worry! and welcome to woman-hood! =]
