Ok well, last night me and my friend were talking about random stuff and she said did you know your boobs dont grow if you leave your bra on at night? I was just wondering if this was just a myth or if its true? Anybody know?

It's false, and it is also false that you will get saggy boobs if you don't wear a bra to bed. it's a personal preference.

That's a good one, some like saying you will not grow if you keep something heavy on your head all of the time. Yes, it is definitely a myth don't buy into it.

It's a myth. Wearing a bra doesn't have much of an affect on how your boobs grow [other than it keeps them from sagging].

its a myth i know that it is better to have a bra on at night the more you wear a bra the less saggy boobs you will have

She's pulling your leg.
As long as you wear a comfortable bra at night you are good to go. Too tight gives you pain.

its not true - boobs grow and get smaller depending on your overall weight (you gain weight - boobs get bigger also because they consist of breast tissue and fat)
